Biologics are big, finicky molecules that need a fine-tuned structure and formulation to remain stable and effective. Aunty
Aunty is the fastest and highest throughput protein stability characterization tool on the planet. Period. With unrivaled fluorescence, Static Light Scattering (SLS) and Dynamic Light Scattering (DLS) skills, Aunty blasts through thermal melting and aggregation experiments — reading an entire 96-well plate of samples every minute of a thermal ramp. Sift through piles of candidates, conditions, or formulations, with as many replicates as you want. Aunty cranks out plates of results with unprecedented data resolution, so you can find your winners at breakneck speed.

Stunner
Stunner is the only system out there that takes RADLS measurements and pairs them up with UV/Vis concentration from the same sample in the same run. Check concentration, hydrodynamic size, polydispersity, particle count and detection of aggregates off your to-do list in one shot – using only 2 µL of sample. And concentration measurements are spot-on with accuracy within 2% and precision within 1%.

Lunatic
Lunatic makes batch quantification of biologics, DNA and RNA a no-brainer. All you need is 2 µL and 10 minutes to measure up to 96 samples. Run them straight-up, even at high concentrations, without ever diluting. Measurements are spot-on with accuracy within 2% and precision within 1% and are fully compliant with USP and Ph. Leprechaun
Leprechaun is the only system that hunts down viral titer by double-checking if particles are the right size and have the right structure - in crude or pure samples. Leprechaun’s single particle interferometry uses the signal enhancing silicon dioxide surface of the Luni consumable to maximize interference of light reflected from the Luni surface and scattered by the captured virus. This results in high resolution sizing of single particles, down to 35 nm in diameter. Establishing viral size allows Leprechaun to separate viral fragments and aggregates from single lentiviral particles with all the parts.

Sunscreen
Finding the perfect LNP formulation can feel like it drags on forever. You need to figure out the best lipid mixture, the right lipid to payload ratio and the optimal flow rates to mix it all together. Worst of all, it’s usually done one experiment at a time. Sunscreen totally flips the script by creating 96 unique, small volume LNP formulations in less than 6 hours – so you can explore more formulations in a single day than you ever thought was possible.

Sunshine
Once you’ve found a rock-solid formulation, Sunshine helps you tune in your LNP’s size and design the perfect process to scale them up. Scout ideal flow rates, explore different mixing options, then dial in the right dilution factor to keep them stable. Sunbather
Transferring your LNPs to GMP can be a costly, messy process. It usually means switching equipment, using a different flow path and mixer — basically a painful re-development and re-validation of all your hard work. Sunbather makes the move to GMP a walk in the park with the documentation, replaceable flow path and easy transfer built right in. It uses the same mixing process and protocol as its Sunny Suite family members Sunscreen and Sunshine, so you can take your dialed in formulation into GMP without all the fuss.

Honeybun
Honeybun is the only rapid viscosity system that pours out data as fast as you can handle it. Whether you’ve got one sample or ten, Honeybun sips microliters of each sample through a microfluidic channel to get a read on viscosity in minutes – with zero sample prep or clean-up. Ditch old school, one-at-a-time techniques that use too much sample and level up to the quickest, low-volume viscosity measurements out there.

Unagi
Buffer exchange and concentration are two of the most annoying things you have to do before you can work with your sample. It takes forever, you physically have to be there and just when you think it’s done, you’re tweaking it again, even for a handful of samples. Unagi is the first completely hands-free benchtop buffer exchange solution that’s made to take this not-so-fun task off your plate — so you can be anywhere else instead of tied to your bench.

Big Tuna
Buffer exchange and sample concentration are the time consuming, hands-on chores you must deal with before all the things you really want to do. Big Tuna is a fully automated, plate-based buffer exchange platform that uses a modified UF/DF method and gentle mixing to buffer exchange, concentrate, and clean up proteins, nucleic acids, or gene therapy vectors like AAVs and LNPs. Skip the slow and manual ways of prepping samples to free yourself up for other critical work.
